1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the stepers.io website, its waitlist and the free resources we offer, operated by Stepers (“we”, “us”). By using the website, you accept them. The Stepers product itself will be governed by separate terms when it becomes available.

2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not commit you to anything. It does not guarantee access to the product, a launch date or specific features. You can leave the waitlist at any time by unsubscribing or by writing to us.

3. Using the website

You agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful purpose;
• sign up with an email address that is not yours;
• try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the website or its infrastructure.

4. Free resources

Resources we offer for free (such as templates or Claude Skills) are provided “as is”, for your own use. You may not resell them.

5. Intellectual property

The website, its content, the Stepers name and logo belong to Stepers or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Third-party names and logos shown on the website belong to their respective owners.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the website.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Pau, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
